Dear There,
Thank you for registering for Motive International's Governance & Social Contracts (Gov) Course on 15-18 JUL 2025. Please find an easy to print 5Ws document here.
We have you confirmed to attend this training event. If you need to change your registration status or have questions about the course, please contact Course Coordinator/Registrar, Ivy Ramos at ivy@motiveinternational.com or simply reply to this email.
To ensure a successful training experience, here's some important information & reminders:
- Please review the event schedule and plan to arrive NLT 0845 on day 1 of the course.
- Complete attendance from start to finish each day of the course is required. Please deconflict your schedule in advance. If you have a truly unavoidable need to be absent for any portion of the course, please inform the Course Coordinator/Registrar in advance. If you expect to miss more than 3 hours of classroom time, we recommend you withdraw your registration and attend a future iteration.
- Note the attire is business casual. Your chain of command takes this seriously. No sandals, shorts, PT gear, etc. If you have a need to be in duty uniform, that's okay too.
- We encourage students to bring a Wi-Fi-enabled device to enhance the learning experience. If you do not have a laptop/tablet, please bring a notebook & pen and your mobile phone.
- This course is pass/fail. To pass, students must attend the full course and earn an average score of 65% on graded assignments. Individual scores are confidential and not disclosed to your chain of command.
- We will take a 1-hour lunch break each day. You are welcome to bring snacks or lunch.
If you have any questions about the course content, event details, or need to withdraw or let us know about any special circumstances or unavoidable absences, you can reply to this email or contact the Course Coordinator/Registrar any time. We're here to support your learning experience and are looking forward to seeing you in class!
VR,
Ivy Ramos, Course Coordinator/Registrar
